Step 1 to Launching Your Online Course- Your Mindset and Commitment

Get your journals out. Get a pen. Get a cup of coffee or a glass of water. Download below the map, that I've put in your download section and start journaling some notes. We're going to start with the very first step in the Twelve Step program. And it is All About You. And I'm going to share with you three things.
First of all is that you commit, you commit to your topic and you commit to this as a business, either a side hustle where you want to make some additional revenue or a full time job for yourself, but commit.
The second is understand why you want to do this.
And the third big thing that you need to learn with this particular step is commitment to a goal. As Stephen Covey said in his book, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People begin with the end in mind. And it's so true. When I thought about launching my Young Entrepreneurs Academy and I was working for the first time, my coach said to me, Jimmi, commit to a date when you're going to launch your online course. I gave myself 90 days, three months, which is the 12 weeks that I teach in my coaching program. And 90 days was the 12th of April last year. And there were a lot of obstacles. There were a lot of challenges. Life got in the way. But I committed to that date and I launched on 12 April. So it’s really important that you commit.
