For 25 years I worked a 9-5 job and this was my schedule: 

- Wake up at 6am

- Get ready and have a coffee 

- 90 mins commute to work at 7.00am

- In the office from 8.30am - 5pm

- Go to the gym from 5-6pm

- 90 minutes commute back home at 7.30pm

- Dinner and 2 hours quality time with my family

Work time: 8.5 hours

Commute time 3 hours

Family time 3 hours

In 2018, I quit my job and left behind 25 years working in a 9-5.  

I starting sharing my knowledge and experience online and monetising it through courses and programs.

- Eat lunch with family

- Swim and Kitesurf in the afternoons

- Cook dinner with family and drink wine

Work time: 4 hours

Commute: Zero Time! - (Oops - 13 steps to my separate creation studio)

Family time: 8-9 hours

After 25 years, the Message that I want to share with YOU today is.....
